U.K Orders – Payments

Payment can be made by credit/debit via the website or if you prefer we can take payment over the phone (01244 888579) We also have the facility to take paypal payments. Our prices include VAT but exclude our standard postage and packaging rates.

Credit Card Security

Our telephone order line can take your details over the telephone and we guarantee these will not be given to any third party. It is our aim to protect our customers and all card holders from thieves. All our payment methods via the internet are through a secure payment page where no details can get into the wrong hands.

Refund Policy

You may return your order, at any time within seven working days, beginning on the day after you received the products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products in accordance with our refunds policy. This can only take place if the product is delivered back to myBunjee in the same condition as it was sent to you.

Shipping

UK Orders

We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Orders within the U.K can be expected to arrive within 7 days – usually less. Upon receiving an order and if we are unable to deliver an item within 7 working days, we will contact you. Delivery in the UK is £2.00 per order.

International Orders

All international orders have a delivery charge of £2.00 per item and will be delivered by airmail small packets delivery service. On International Orders customs fees, duties or taxes are paid for by the customer, and if you refuse your package you will have to pay the return shipping charge, as your credit card will be refunded less the shipping costs both ways. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE PLACED AT THE CUSTOMERS RISK AND www.mybunjee.com WILL NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS LOST IN TRANSIT.

If your order has been dispatched and the estimated delivery date has passed, we recommend that you ask your local postal sorting office if they've already tried to deliver it, or ask your neighbours if the package has been left with them.  Please also check that the delivery address you gave us is correct.

If your order hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date, please wait a few days in case it's been delayed in the post.  If you still haven't received it, contact us on 01244-888579 or sales@mybunjee.com and we'll do our best to locate it.  Our free shipping does not include tracking but we obtain proof of postage on free shipments; once the order has left our office it cannot be tracked.  If you would prefer your order to be tracked and/or signed for we can offer this at an additional cost, please call our office to arrange this service.
