Methods of payment

Card payments can be made using any of the following methods:

  • Visa / Visa Delta
  • Mastercard
  • Maestro / Switch / Solo / JCB
  • Ammex

 If you are ordering outside of the UK, please be aware that your credit card company may charge a currency conversion fee.

Paypal – There is no fee payable if you pay with PayPal.

Credit Card Security It is our aim to protect our customers and all card holders from fraud. All our payment methods via the internet are through a secure payment page where no details are held or stored or passed on.


UK Orders

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Orders sent by standard UK delivery can be expected to arrive within 7 days – usually less. If you chose a quicker shipping method then a charge will be incurred.

Standard UK delivery is currently free but we reserve the right to change this at any time.

International Orders

All international orders have a delivery charge of £3.50 per item and will be delivered by standard airmail.

Please also note International Orders may incur customs fees, duties/ taxes and are paid for by the customer.

Right to cancel your order

 If the goods you have ordered are not in stock, we may send an e-mail to inform you, at which time you may cancel your order. We do our best to accurately estimate when items will be dispatched and/or delivered; however, these estimates are based on several factors over which we have no control and as such, time for dispatch and/or delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract and should be considered as rough estimates only. We reserve the right to substitute a product within an order when the product has been discontinued or has been out of stock for an extended period of time. Any substitute products added to an order may differ slightly in appearance but will be of equal or greater specification and monitory value, with no additional charge added for this addition.

You can cancel your contract with Bunjee Products Ltd within 14 working days of delivery (starting the day after the receipt of the goods), as per the guidance set out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If your order is in transit or you have already taken receipt of it, then to cancel this contract you must contact Bunjee Products Ltd using either method above and return the unwanted item(s) together with the order reference number provided. The items are subject to our Returns Policy detailed below.

All items returned from countries outside of the UK must be clearly labeled as ‘Returned Item’.

Returns Policy

Faulty Goods – within 30 days

If your goods are faulty on arrival, you have 30 calendar days from receipt, in which to inform us of the fault in order to claim a full refund or exchange, (please note that for our business customers, different terms of sale apply please click this link), otherwise your return will be processed under the terms of the Manufacturer’s Warranty (See below).

To assist our customers Bunjee Products Limited is in partnership with both Royal Mail and Collect+. Please click the How Do I Return link to find out more. Faulty goods should be returned using our cheaper Royalmail service (£3.19). If goods are returned using our Collect+ service (£5.25) then please note only £3.19 will be reimbursed.

Goods should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. We test returned items, and if our technicians find a returned item is not faulty or has been tampered with, we will return the item to you ( In certain circumstances, faults will need to be diagnosed by the manufacturers of the item before a replacement can be issued – i.e. memory card reading faults, handset not powering up etc.). In this instance you will be liable for the returns carriage cost.

Goods outside 30 calendar days shall be issued with a replacement only.

Unwanted Goods – within 30 days

You can return unwanted items within 30 calendar days of delivery and we will refund you the price paid for the items. In addition to the refund on your items; if your return request is received within 14 days of delivery, and items received within the following 7 days, then we will refund the cheapest, the standard delivery option to you unless there is another item on your order. Outside of 7 days from receipt, refunds for non-faulty returned items will not include the original delivery charge or the cost of delivering the items to us.

If you return a product to us that is not received in a brand new condition we reserve the right to return the product to you, or charge you a restocking fee*.

  1. Fill in the Returns Form to get your URN (Unique Returns Number).
  2. Print off a Royal Mail pre-paid label to send the parcel back.
  3. Drop off your parcel to one of your local Royal Mail Post Office’s. There are over 11,000 post offices to choose from. No printer, no problem, please use this link to find a local Post Office with a printer.
  4. Now sit back and track your parcel all the way back to us!
  5. You will receive a confirmation email once we have processed your return.

  2. Print off a pre-paid label to send the parcel back using our Collect+ returns service.
  3. Drop off your parcel to one of your local Collect+ shops. There are over 5,500 shops to choose from and many have late closing times.
  4. Now sit back and track your parcel all the way back to us!
  5. You will receive a confirmation email once we have processed your return.

  3. Send your item with the email print out attached to the returns address below. We recommend you use a local tracked or signed for service.

*Christmas Returns* 

At Mobile Fun we have every confidence that you will be delighted with your purchase, but what happens if you buy a Christmas present early and for whatever reason it turns out on Christmas Day that you need to return it?

Well don’t worry, you can organise your Christmas shopping with Mobile Fun a bit earlier this year with the secure knowledge that we are offering an Extended Returns Policy. We have extended our returns period for the Christmas season. Items purchased from Mobile Fun and dispatched during the period from November 1 2020, to December 31, 2020, inclusive may be returned at any time before midnight on January 31 2021 , Our returns policy will revert to the standard 30-day period for items purchased after December 31, 2020.



Voucher codes and promotional codes

Voucher codes are only valid online and need to be entered in the shopping basket to obtain the discount.

Voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes

Customer’s who sign-up to the Bunjee Offers and new products Club will receive a voucher via email within a 24 hour period of signing up. This voucher is limited to one per customer and can only be used once. The voucher can be withdrawn by Mobile Fun at any time and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
